Initial consultation (in person or over the phone) $250
Second opinion or one time evaluation $300
Therapy with or without medication management 45 min. $175
Medication management with or without therapy 30 min. $110
Crisis phone intervention $50/15min.
5 visits of 45 minutes (paid in advance) $775
5 visits of 30 minutes each (paid in advance) $500
- All payments are due at the time of the session.
- Payments may be made with a check, Visa, MasterCard or cash.
- The frequency and duration of the visits is determined according to each of my patient’s needs.
- Everything that is discussed during my meeting with my patient is strictly confidential. I will not disclose any aspect of it to anyone, unless my patient instructs me to do so in writing.
- However, for a better quality of care, I find it very helpful to be in touch with other health care practitioners involved in my patient’s care (therapists, primary care physicians, and specialty doctors). Therefore, all my patients are invited to give permission to allow this communication to take place.

Life Coaching visits could take place in person or over the phone (for clients living outside the Los Angeles area).
New clients will receive, via e-mail or regular mail, a package with basic information about Life Coaching, practice policies and an agreement form that needs to be signed and faxed or mailed to my office before the first visit takes place.

Rescheduling or canceling an appointment: (for both practices)
Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled with advanced notice of a minimum of 2 business days (that is, 48 hours). Cancellations for Monday’s appointments need to be received in the office by the preceding Friday, before 1:00 p.m. However, if I am not given a 2 business day notice, the patient/client will be charged for the entire cost of the visit. I will be as accommodating as possible if you need to reschedule, but you must notify me adequately ahead of time.
